Digitally distracted, we often lose sight of our goal: to live happy, healthy, and wise lives, in compassionate communities and flourishing spaces.
Based on scientific evidence and contemplative wisdom, I create learning experiences that make participants feel safe and valued and that enhance their sense of belonging to each other and the world – at university and other institutes of education, non-profits, the yoga studio, on retreat and many other contexts.
